Terms of service
Last updated 8 August 2026
What the service does
FeedParity is an independent verification layer. It reads your Shopify catalogue and your Google Merchant Center catalogue and reports differences between them. It does not manage, build or submit product feeds, and it does not modify anything in either system.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Shopify or Google. Those names are used only to describe what the service connects to.
Your responsibilities
- You must be authorised to connect the Shopify store and Merchant Center account you connect.
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not attempt to access another customer’s data or to disrupt the service.
What we report, and what we do not promise
Findings describe differences we observed between two systems at a point in time. We make a deliberate distinction between “we verified a mismatch” and “we could not verify”, and we never present the second as the first. When a catalogue cannot be read, nothing is reported as drift and no existing finding is marked as fixed.
We do not guarantee that every difference will be detected, nor that a product reported as healthy is free of problems we do not check for. The service is a second opinion, not a warranty. Decisions about your catalogue, feed and advertising remain yours.
Plans and billing
- Free: one complete scan, with every finding shown in full.
- Monitor: $19 per month, billed monthly through Stripe, for daily verification, history and email alerts.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails we keep monitoring on for a short grace period before it lapses.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Availability
We aim to run scheduled verification daily for subscribed stores. Scans can fail when Shopify or Google is unavailable or an authorisation expires. When that happens on a monitored store we tell you rather than letting monitoring stop silently.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or that we are legally required to suspend. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to account owners before they take effect.
